Can a dead pump be fixed somehow? I opened my 4 week brand new MasterLiquid 360 Atmos (one of their latest) did some check on the board with a tester to see if current went into the pump and it still does, but something might be fried. I havent opened the liquid side yet tho, but i doubt it is so clogged that it doesnt run in less than a month?

Why 3060? You could have gotten a 6700xt or 6750xt easily

Bruh. Spends a small third world country's budget price on a PC and does not pick a QVL kit for four fuc king dimms on Intel. Seriously the only G-Skill 4-dimm supported kit in the QVL is 5200Mhz. I'm sure the board is capable as other brands do have QVL placement at the same specs as this, but at that price you'd risk a gush of wind causing instability with said memory? for this price?! I guess someone would. Edit: nvm, I missed the capacity in my quick view, the fastest QVL 32GBx4 for that board is a 5600Mhz "P-die" (wever-t-f-that-means). I should've noticed it before, I bet he had endless instability issues and eventually ran it below JEDEC which is why he's selling. I also bet the drives are 5+ years old hand-myself-down, seems like my rig.

7:47 I think I personally would have just stuck with the stock cooler, forgone the custom cables and just put the rest of that budget on a nicer motherboard and a 1 TB M.2

13:45 - 2 of the 8 pins on one of the PCI-E power connectors are sticking up and not fully seated. It's a pain because I know those 6+2 configurations slide out of alignment while you're plugging them in, but I wanted to point that out in case that got missed on delivery back to the user.

Now do a video on everything that could go wrong when building your own PC. The 3060 12GB is a great GPU for a budget 1440p gaming build. With 12GB, you won't have any VRAM anxiety for at least a couple of years. That was a great price. Used 3060s are going for $200+ on eBay, with EVGA cards generally commanding the most money. Have seen 3060 XCs going for as much as $270 with Samsung VRAM. I check completed sales on a variety of components frequently because I'm trying to get a PC building side gig going. It is important to take those percentile numbers in 3DMark with a grain of salt because they are heavily skewed by all the extreme overclockers using their benchmarks. I prefer Passmark for getting an idea where I stand relative to keeping up with the Joneses. This would be about an 85th percentile machine, which is more realistic because the vast majority of people don't have HEDTs.

I still love MSI, I absolutely love their GPU designs, I did see when the video came out and I completely understand. I never get tired of PC building lol.

I don't exactly know about taxes or any other additional expenses on your country. But we can buy A520 + R5 5600 + Rtx 4060 + 16gb ram + 500gb M2 builds for less than 700 bucks. Feels a bit odd to see 11400f/3060 combination in 2024 on a build that costs more than 500 bucks.

You missed a couple helpful tips things in this video that would have bene useful for beginner's to know. Always use the washers with thier cpu coolers to ensure when tighetened the motherboard doesnt crack and 2. Never build a pc over carpet to avoid static dicharge on the components. I know you likely know all of this but it would have hemled new comers.

Ditch the hdd mod the case use a riser cable get the gpu to fit laying fan side up where the hdd caddy was. Then possibly vent the side panel it will be much better and more in line with what people are actually doing with these systems.

These parts don't really have upgrade paths (intel never does but this one doesn't even have an m.2 slot) but they're still old enough to buy used. Frankly that makes most of it a bad buy as-is.

I have schizophrenia and actually saw the individual dots, I neurologically process too much, great in a fight annoying most of the other times. all the motion blur your brain does, mine just doesn't, thankfully cartoons still work, I can see the individual frames whilst ignoring them being individual, a bit like how when reading you don't think about individual letters.

It's frustrating watching you try and fix PC's. You don't have a set strategy for attacking repairs, using the same technique every time. You will usually test the PSU earlier, you said a few time yoiu were going to, and this time you waited until the very end. I know it wasn't the problem, but there have been many times this messes you up trying to fix machines. I can't see how people can figure out a way to fix there own units watching your technique.

Got the same case for my unRaid server. Put an AMD 4 Pro in. And yes, cable management it a problem. Those drive cages are really in way if the PSU connectors.

I also use the gigabyte RTX 3060 12gb ram for picture and video editing and it's a million times better than my GTX 1650 4gb ram.

From my experience with the 11400 (Which was the first Intel chip I purchased.) A motherboard with a feature like Asus multi core enhancement is a very worthwhile additional cost. It was a while ago now but I think by turning it on and upgrading the cooler I got something close to 30%.

Hi, will it be ok to combine RTX 4060ti with i5 10400F, Prime H410M-R motherboard, 700W PSU and 16GB RAM? I'm just afraid that the graphics card won't be able to run at full power and the motherboard might not fit. Will it be ok? I have everything except the graphics card

Did a build for my little brothers birthday a couple months ago probably spent 700$ and got a 4060 and a 12400f

The only problem I ever had with MSI was the AIO RMA thingymagig. Other than that, I have no problems with them or the products. In fact, almost all of my builds feature MSI (minus AIO). ps. they replaced my AIO after a while.
